Welcome 2011 Summer Interns

The Office of the Mental Health Advocate is happy to welcome their 2011 Summer Interns!

 

Devin DeLashmit is a rising 3L at Emory University School of Law. He hails from Memphis, Tennessee and graduated from the University of Memphis magna cum laude with a B.A. in History. He wants to practice criminal defense law.

Jemila Lea attends John Marshall Law School and is a rising 2L. She is an active member of the Public Interest Law Society and Phi Delta Phi. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Lea volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children in Tarrant County, Texas. She has a special interest in mental health and child advocacy.

Sequia Felton, a Georgia native, is working toward her A.A.B. in Paralegal Studies at the Brown Mackie College in Atlanta. Ms. Felton has been on the honor roll since her first year of study. She hopes to enter law school when her paralegal studies are complete.
